We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG and general law. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

By submitting content, you grant SlimSec IT GmbH the simple, non-exclusive right to store, reproduce, and display that content to the extent necessary to operate the service and make it available to the intended recipients (for example the participants and the creator of a duel, or — for profile and leaderboard information — other users of the platform).
You are solely responsible for the content you submit and warrant that you hold the necessary rights to it and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties or violate applicable law. We do not adopt user-generated content as our own. In accordance with §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obliged to monitor stored third-party content; upon becoming aware of a specific infringement, we will remove the content in question without undue delay.
